Returns

We have a 14 day no quibble return and refund or replacement policy. For Christmas orders this is extended up to the 15th January. Should you wish to return unwanted goods please send them back in their original condition and state whether you require a refund or replacement. The customer is responsible for the delivery charges in returning the goods to us. If the goods are faulty or we sent them in error, we will offer the option of a refund on the charges incurred.

If you require  replacement goods please make sure to include your order number, daytime phone number and details of the replacement required (including colour and size if applicable). We will cover the cost of sending of replacement goods

If your require a refund please make sure to include your order number. Any refund will not include the original postage costs.

FAQs

How much is delivery?
Your delivery charge will be shown on your shopping basket as you shop. All UK orders under 0.1kg will be £2.95. Orders over that upto 2kg will incur a delivery charge of £3.95. Orders over 2kg will be charged at £5.00.

UK orders of £60.00 or more will be delivered free of charge regardless of weight.

Overseas deliveries are all priced depending on weight and destination. The price will be shown on your shopping basket.

When will my parcel arrive?
The vast majority of parcels are shipped by first class mail or courier (depending on weight) within three working days. Royal Mail aim to deliver more than 90% of First Class mail by the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed. If there is going to be a delay in you getting your order, due to a stock shortage for example, we will contact you by e-mail.

If you have a deadline for delivery such as a birthday, please give us a ring or e-mail so that we can make sure you get it on time. Express (next day) deliveries can be arranged with us by phone.

We are conscious of other “deadlines” during our busiest periods such as St George’s Day, Christmas, football/rugby tournaments and go out of our way to make sure that all orders are sent in time. Express (next day) deliveries can be arranged with us by phone.

Delivery aims for the rest of the world are as follows: 
Western Europe 4-12 working days 
Outside Europe 5-12 working days

Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can order over the phone by giving us a ring on 0115 9679444. If you have shopped on line using our shopping cart and opted to pay by cheque, likewise you can phone us with your payment rather than sending a cheque if you prefer.

Will I get confirmation of my order?
As long as you have given a valid e-mail address you will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another one when the order is shipped.

How is my parcel shipped? 
Most orders are small enough to be sent by Royal Mail. Heavier orders may be sent by courier.

Express Delivery orders can be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day by 1pm) by prior arrangement – give us a ring.

Overseas orders are shipped by International Airmail or Courier

What happens if my order hasn’t turned up? 
For standard first class mail or airmail delivery Royal Mail ask us to allow up to 15 working days from the date of dispatch for your parcel to arrive in the UK, rest of the world, 25 working days. Royal Mail will not class it as lost until after these times. 

Check all your email accounts, as we will contact you if there is a delay in dispatch.

Do make sure that the parcel has not been 'attempted' by the postman. They do not always leave cards for first class mail which has been attempted so it is worth checking your depot even if you don't have a card. 

Check with your local post office to see if the parcel awaits you there. Still no joy? Contact us and we'll soon sort it out.

. Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

What can you do about my complaint? 
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and are eager to resolve any problems. Should you have a complaint we will endeavour to respond within 3 working days. Please contact us giving as much information as possible regarding your order to help us sort out the problem quickly. 

 

Terms

The T-shirt Company promise to provide the goods you have ordered, plus postage and packing, subject always to availability, credit status, and acts of god.

If an item that you order is out of stock we will try to obtain it for you. In this case we will e-mail you with the expected despatch time and allow you the option to proceed with the order, to remove the item from your order and get a refund or to replace it with another item of your choice. Where there is a price difference, you will be charged or allowed (as the case may be) that difference. All prices are in pounds sterling.

All orders will be converted from Pound sterling into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. You must remember that currency rates change all the time and even an online currency conversion rate may not be accurate for the day of your transaction. International Orders: Goods despatched to countries outside the EU will be VAT free although the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes which may be charged at their end. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. The customer should contact their local Customs office for further information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products ordered are acceptable and allowed in the country they are to be delivered to.

We undertake to deliver the goods as quickly as we possibly can. Under normal circumstances, goods should be received in the UK within 10 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery. If you require a fast delivery for a specific date please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your delivery date.

Problems: The T-shirt Company wants you to be completely happy with our service and are eager to resolve problems. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 3 working days. Contact Customer Services giving as much detail of your order as possible.

Returns: You have 30 days during which you can return the goods for any reason. We have a no quibble policy and will happily refund or replace that item. You are responsible for postage rates.

Orders are taken subject to availability of products. If we do not supply any products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for those products. However, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer if we do not supply them. While all reasonable endeavours have been made to check the accuracy of information on this WEB site, and to the best of our knowledge and belief, this publication is free from all computer viruses or program defects, the copyright holder does not warrant that it is correct or up-to-date or virus free. Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither The T-shirt Company nor any of its affiliates, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, The T-shirt Company does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of The T-shirt Company, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

The T-shirt Company reserves the right to refuse, modify, amend, change an order, change a price, and will inform you immediately of any change, and give you the right to cancel or amend your order, with no penalty whatsoever. Should upon your order being accepted, it is later found there is a problem with your credit/debit card, we have the right to cancel the order without explanation, and refuse further orders.

These terms and conditions do not override our/your rights by law to pursue any avenue we decide upon under English law, they also do NOT affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
