than half of all Scots are ready to vote for independence.
Before anyone flies into a blind panic I know for certain
that there are many, many talented economists residing in
England who are perfectly capable, if they all put their
heads together of coming up with plan of what we can spend
all that extra money on once we stop subsidising our northern
