Aziz, the blind Iraqi who has been banned from driving for
three years after being caught driving a car whilst being
directed by his passenger who as it turns out had also been
previously banned. It has now emerged that he isn't going
to be deported and he will continue to receive his £525
month disability benefit. Two questions here - firstly,
I wonder why my tax bill is so high and secondly, I wonder
